Carl Hancock By Carl Hancock Published May 27, 2011

Gravity Forms v1.5.2.3 is now available. This is an important update that provides compatibility with changes introduced in the latest WordPress 3.2 beta which now includes jQuery v1.6.1. We always recommend users run the latest version of WordPress and Gravity Forms, so be sure to update Gravity Forms before updating to WordPress 3.2 to ensure jQuery compatibility.

Here is a look at what is new in Gravity Forms v1.5.2.3:

  • Updated jQuery attr(“checked”), attr(“disabled”) and attr(“selected”) statements for compatibility with jQuery 1.6.
  • Changed form action to a relative path instead of full URL.
  • Changed Print Entry page so that Admin labels are used when appropriate.
  • Added Greenland to the list of countries.
  • Added “gfield_contains_required” class to parent list item when it contains a required field.
  • Fixed issue with form editor throwing errors on WP 3.2 on forms without page breaks.
  • Fixed issue with checkbox option fields displaying blank options in the admin and PayPal.
  • Removed TwentyTen theme-specific styles from forms.css.

You can update to the latest version of Gravity Forms using Automatic Update. Just visit the Updates page under the Forms navigation in your WordPress Dashboard. Update deployment is staged so if you do not see the update available, try again in a few hours. You can also download the latest version of the plugin from the Downloads page.

Please Note: Automatic Update will only work if you have correctly entered your License Key in the Settings page of Gravity Forms in your WordPress Dashboard.
