Gravity Forms Survey Add-On v1.0 Released

The Gravity Forms Survey Add-On has exited beta is now available as a v1.0 release. Forms, Polls, Quizzes and now Surveys!

The Survey Add-On introduces a powerful new Survey Field that allows you to instantly make any form on your site capable of capturing survey data that you can then view, search and filter in an aggregated Survey Results display.

The Survey Field introduces not one, but three new Form Field types: Likert, Rating and Rank.

Easily interact with your users to collect and analyze data, conduct market research, gauge customer or job satisfaction, conduct employee surveys and much more! Quickly implement a Survey Field on an Order Form to get feedback from your customers on the order process as it happens. Survey Fields can be implemented on any Gravity Form.

The Survey Field is accessible within the Form Editor in the Advanced Fields toolbox. The built in Survey Results interface allows you view, search and filter the Survey Results data that is displayed using visual graphs. You can access Survey Results by clicking on the Results link in the Gravity Forms toolbar.

The Gravity Forms Survey Add-On requires Gravity Forms v1.7.5+ and WordPress v3.5+.

The Survey Add-On is only available to Developer License owners. Don’t own a Gravity Forms Developer license? Purchase one now!

You may install the Survey Add-On via the Gravity Forms Add-On Manager in your WordPress Dashboard. You may also download the Survey Add-On manually via the Add-On download page, and read the documentation here.
