Gravity Forms Zapier Add-On v1.0 Beta 1 Released

One thing we’ve said since day one is that as much as we’d love to introduce Add-On’s for every 3rd party service or application available, it simply isn’t possible. Enter Zapier. The Gravity Forms Zapier Add-On allows you to leverage Zapier to integrate with over 200 different web services and counting.

Zapier allows you to automate tasks between multiple online services using a Gravity Forms form submission as a trigger. Add a lead to Salesforce and notify your sales team in a HipChat chat room at the same time. Zapier lets you automate all of these tasks and allow Gravity Forms to integrate with thousands of services.

Is this a replacement for existing Gravity Forms Add-Ons? Certainly not. For services where we provide an official Add-On or a great 3rd party solution already exists, I would say use the service-specific Add-On. Zapier is a powerful tool that allows you to integrate with a wide variety of services that currently do not integrate with Gravity Forms.

In order to use the Gravity Forms Zapier Add-On, you must have a Zapier account. Zapier is a paid service and pricing is based on volume and usage. However, they do offer a Free plan so it’s easy to sign up and try it out.

The Gravity Forms Zapier Add-On requires Gravity Forms v1.7.5+ and WordPress v3.5+.

How To Get It

The Zapier Add-On is only available to Developer License owners. Don’t own a Gravity Forms Developer license? Purchase one now!

You may install the Zapier Add-On via the Gravity Forms Add-On Manager in your WordPress Dashboard. You may also download the Zapier Add-On manually via the Add-On download page, and read the documentation here.
