The Gravity Forms Zapier Add-On was first released on July 15th. Many users aren’t quite sure what Zapier is or how they could benefit from using it. It’s an extremely powerful service that just about ANY Gravity Forms user could put to work for them. We highly recommend you check it out.

Zapier allows you to integrate Gravity Forms with over 3,000+ services and applications. But it’s also a service that is a bit hard to fully understand without seeing an example of how it is used.

Here is a quick rundown of what this customer is doing using Gravity Forms and Zapier:

• Customer submits Gravity Form.
• Customer makes payment via PayPal.
• After payment is received the Customer is added to their MailChimp mailing list.
• After the customer is added to their MailChimp mailing list it is then adding to their Google Contacts.
• After the customer is added to Google Contacts a new card is created in their Trello account.
• After the customer is added to their MailChimp mailing list an email is sent to the admin.
• After the customer is added to their MailChimp mailing list an email is sent to the customer.
• After the customer is added to their MailChimp mailing list a new contact is added to their FreeAgent CRM account.
• After the customer is added to their MailChimp mailing list a new tweet is scheduled in their Buffer account celebrating their new customer.

All of this is triggered by the customer simply submitting a Gravity Form. Zapier then allows you to take that data and perform as many complex actions as you’d like, integrating with over 200+ services and applications.
