Enable Content Moderation For Gravity Forms
The Gravity Forms Moderation Add-On gives you a powerful and convenient way to start moderating form entry submissions.
As it’s a flexible tool, you can choose what happens to form entries that are deemed to be toxic or abusive. Options include automatically deleting the offending form entries or forwarding them to a separate area in your WordPress dashboard, so you can prevent yourself and members of your team from unintentionally being exposed to them.
When it comes to setting up the form entry moderation, you can choose what does and does not constitute content that needs flagging. You can also set a toxic threshold and create a custom list of toxic words.
Other features of the add-on let you use conditional logic to automatically respond or display custom confirmations when abusive content is detected in a form entry and forward moderated form entries to specific email addresses to keep them separate from other form-related emails.
To ensure that the moderation abilities of the add-on are always up to date, Perspective API, provided by Jigsaw and Google, powers the service and uses machine learning algorithms to analyze and detect undesirable language and inputs in order to trap and filter form entries.
