About the Gravity Forms Chained Selects Add-On
If you want to add fields to your forms that display options based on previous selections, then the Gravity Forms Chained Selects Add-On is for you.
For example, if the user selects a certain manufacturer from one drop-down menu, only models from that manufacturer will be shown in the following field. So, if someone selects Apple in a field, only models of iPhones will be shown in the next field. However, if they chose Samsung in the first field, they would only see models of Samsung phones in the following field.
Chained selects also work really well for address fields. Once the user selects a state in one field, they will only be able to select city options for that state in the next field.
When creating the chained select fields, you can import a CSV file containing all the options to save time and effort.
