We are excited to announce the launch of a brand new Gravity Forms Add-On – Brevo. The Brevo Add-On allows you to send form submissions directly to your Brevo account, making it easier to manage your email list and enhance engagement with your leads and customers.

The Gravity Forms Brevo Add-On is in beta and we are asking members of our community to install the add-on and provide us with feedback. It is important to note that the Brevo beta is not recommended for production sites – you should install and test the beta add-on in a sandbox environment.

Brevo offers a free plan with unlimited contacts and up to 300 emails per day. Paid plans, which include advanced features and higher sending limits, start at just $8 per month if you sign up for the year (at time of writing).

Brevo Add-On Beta: An Introduction

With the new Gravity Forms Brevo Add-On, you can now send form submission data directly to your Brevo dashboard. Capture leads through Gravity Forms, then automatically send them to Brevo’s powerful email marketing platform to engage and nurture your audiences.

Key features of the Brevo Add-On include:

• Lists – Choose which Brevo list to add subscribers to, making it easy to organize contacts and send targeted campaigns.
• Attributes Mapping – Map Gravity Forms fields to Brevo attributes, ensuring you collect and store the right subscriber information for personalized communication.
• Conditional Logic – Use Gravity Forms’ built-in conditional logic to set specific rules for sending form data to Brevo, ensuring only qualified leads or specific entries are processed.

If you’re already using Brevo for transactional emails via Gravity SMTP, the Brevo Add-On for Gravity Forms now enables you to fully integrate Brevo into your workflow. Manage both marketing and transactional emails effortlessly, keeping all your communications streamlined within a single, powerful platform.

Install Brevo Add-On Beta Today!

As is normal for a beta, we can’t guarantee a totally smooth ride. Therefore, please note that we do not recommend the Brevo Add-On beta for use on production sites – you should only install and test the beta in a sandbox environment.

Follow these steps to install the Brevo Add-On on your test site…

1. Open your Gravity Forms Account and under Your Downloads scroll down to Optional Tools / Plugins where you will find the Brevo Add-On.

2. Download the Brevo Add-On.

3. Open your development site WordPress dashboard and select Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin. Then select the Brevo Add-On zip file and Install > Activate it on your website.

Best Practice for Testing the Brevo Add-On Beta

Here are a few top tips and resources to help you get started with the new Brevo Add-On…

• Don’t Install the Brevo Beta on Your Live Site – The Brevo Add-On has been released as a beta and is not recommended for production sites. You should only install and test the beta in a sandbox environment – even if you test the add-on and think everything is working, you should still not use it on your live site.

• Check Out the Gravity Forms Docs – Documentation to assist with the setup of the BrevoLite Add-On is provided on our Documentation site. If you have feedback about the documentation, send your comments or suggestions to our Support team.
