EU VAT for Gravity Forms

Introducing an addon that automates VAT calculation for your Gravity Forms products when selling to European Customers. Easily apply VAT to all items or select specific ones. Capture and validate European VAT numbers effortlessly. Validate VAT number, billing country, and company name against the VIES database. For full compliance it is also possible to validate the billing country against the user’s current IP. If validation succeeds, the addon supports immediate reverse charging of the VAT for B2B customers. All data is securely stored with each entry, ensuring seamless VAT management.

• Set your Store’s default tax country.
• New EU VAT field found under Pricing fields in the Gravity Forms editor.
• Apply VAT to all products in the form or only to a selection.
• Automatically applies VAT on shipping (IF a shipping field is found in the form).
• Calculate VAT automatically based on the billing country of the user. This works together with an address field in the form.
• Automatically hide the VAT field when selling to customers outside of Europe. This works together with an address field in the form.
• Option to add an extra field to capture the VAT number of the user.
• Option to validate the entered VAT number against the VIES database.
• Option to validate the entered billing country against data in the VIES database AND against the current location of the user. Location is based on IP address.
• Option to validate the entered company name against data in the VIES database. This works together with a text field in the form.
• VAT is shown in the order summary on the entry screen.
• VAT is shown in the {all_fields} mergetag
• Stores all VIES data with the entry and displays this on the entry screen.
• Adds a new mergetag to allow displaying the VIES data anywhere mergetags are supported.
