Connect Gravity Forms and the Breeze Project Management Software

Connecting your WordPress forms to the Breeze project management software is easy with Gravity Forms. With the Breeze Add-On installed, you can set new form entry submissions to create new Breeze Cards on the predefined Project Board of your choice.

Each new card that’s created by a form entry submission can include a description, have a due date, and be assigned to a team member of your choice.

The main functionality of the Gravity Forms Breeze Add-On includes:

• Automation – Automatically create a new Breeze Card when a form entry is submitted.
• Detailed Settings – Define a Breeze Project Board and list that you would like new cards submitted to. Add a card name and description to easily identify new tasks.
• Assign Members – Assign each new card to a team member so no form entry or new task gets overlooked.
• Due Date – Set a custom due date for each new card to ensure all task deadlines are met.
• Conditional Logic Support – Use Gravity Forms’ conditional logic to only create new Breeze Cards when certain conditions have been met.
