About the Gravity Forms Capsule CRM Add-On
The Gravity Forms Capsule CRM Add-On lets you integrate any form with Capsule, a customer relationship management (CRM) platform that was built with ease of use and simplicity in mind.
Despite its simple approach, Capsule is still a powerful CRM. In addition to integrating with Gravity Forms, Capsule also integrates with many other third-party tools to help you create a connected system for nurturing relationships, winning more sales, and seeing the big picture.
So, if you’re looking for a place to manage contacts, track sales, and grow lasting relationships, Capsule could be the solution for you.
Integrating Gravity Forms with Capsule CRM
When it comes to integrating your forms with Capsule, simply install and connect the Capsule Add-On with your WordPress website. Then either select an existing form, or create a new form, adding the necessary fields, such as Name and Email fields for collecting contact details.
Next, create a feed for the form that links it to your Capsule account. While creating the feed, you can decide whether the form will create a new person or a new task in the CRM. Forms can also be used to update existing records in Capsule.
Once all is set up, new contacts and tasks will be automatically created in your CRM when the form is submitted on your WordPress website.
