Brand New Release-Dropbox Add-On 3.2

We’re pleased to announce the release of the Gravity Forms Dropbox Add-On version 3.2.0. This release contains a number of additions and fixes, including…

  • Updated the gform_dropbox_folder_path filter to include $file_url as the sixth parameter.
  • Updated the status indicator component to be compatible with Gravity Forms version 2.8.8.

Integrate Your WordPress Forms With Dropbox

Installing the Dropbox Add-On makes connecting your forms built with Gravity Forms to this popular cloud-based file storage service possible.

Once you’ve set up the integration – a straightforward process – you’ll be able to make use of the following features and functionalities:

  • Send Files to Dropbox – Users can upload files to your Dropbox account via the forms published on your WordPress website. You can define a specific location in Dropbox for uploaded files or send them to a dynamic location based on the form entry content.
  • Upload Files from Dropbox – You can add a Dropbox upload field to your forms. Users can then add files from their Dropbox account to the form entry submission.
  • Conditional Logic Support – Gravity Forms’ built-in conditional logic to control when your forms integrate with Dropbox. For example, you can upload files only when the form entry contents meet certain conditions.

Check out these resources on our website for more information on integrating your forms with Dropbox and uploading files through your forms:

Note: The Dropbox Add-On is available with both the Gravity Forms Pro and Elite licenses. For more information on the features and other add-ons available on these plans, check out our Pro and Elite license pages.
