Brand New Release-Google Analytics Add-On 2.3

We’re pleased to announce the release of the Gravity Forms Google Analytics Add-On version 2.3. This update contains these two additions and fixes…

  • Added the session ID to the event data sent to Google Analytics when using Google Measurement Protocol.
  • Fixed an issue where the result of sending an event to Google might not be written to the log when triggered by a non-logged in user.

Track Form Performance with Google Analytics

The Gravity Forms Google Analytics Add-On gives you a reliable way to track the performance of your forms.

Once you’ve set up the integration, form entry submission and form pagination related events will be tracked by Google Analytics. You’ll then have a clear insight into how effective your forms are and how your visitors interact with them.

Features and capabilities of the Google Analytics Add-On include…

  • Form Conversions – Track form conversions to gain detailed insights into how your forms are performing with the ability to analyze specific goals related to your forms and business.
  • Form Pagination Events – Monitor and analyze metrics for multi-page forms to identify user pain points so that you can work to reduce drop-off rates.

The Gravity Forms documentation has more information on the Google Analytics Add-On.

There’s also an in-depth guide on our blog that covers how to get the most out of tracking form performance with Google Analytics 4.

Note: The Google Analytics Add-On is available with a Gravity Forms Elite license. For more information on the features and other add-ons that are available with this plan, check out the Elite license page.
