Gravity Forms is pleased to announce the release of Gravity Flow version 2.9.11. This release contains several updates and fixes, including a compatibility fix for Gravity Forms 2.9.1…

  • Updated the get_users_as_choices function to allow modification of the role argument.
  • Fixed an issue where clicking the approve or reject buttons on the step approval page doesn’t update the step status.

Note: The latter is the fix for a compatibility issue with Gravity Forms 2.9.1. If you are updating to Gravity Forms 2.9.1, or have noticed an issue with Approval steps that contain editable fields not completing, we recommend updating to Gravity Flow 2.9.11 today.

Workflow Automation for WordPress and Gravity Forms

If you want to build form-based workflows for your business, Gravity Flow is a WordPress tool specifically designed for this type of task.

The workflows you create are triggered by form entry submissions, allowing you to automate manual tasks and transition paper-based systems to online digital workflows. Each workflow consists of multiple steps and is created and managed inside your WordPress dashboard. Therefore, you keep all your data, with no need to share or host it outside of your WordPress website.

No code is required when creating the workflows, making it straightforward for everyone to streamline their business processes. If you want to reduce the time and resources spent on repetitive tasks and prevent tasks from being lost in email inboxes and in piles of paper, Gravity Flow is the ideal solution.

And thanks to the extensive library of add-ons and extensions for Gravity Flow and Gravity Forms, you should have no trouble building the automated multi-user workflows that your business requires.
