Gravity Flow – The Automation Tool For WordPress
Gravity Flow is a powerful tool for creating custom automated workflows in WordPress. The plugin works with Gravity Forms to enable you to build multi-step workflows around your forms.
Depending on how you configure your workflows, they can be triggered by form entry submissions on your site. Once the workflow is triggered, the form entry can be sent to specific people or teams in your organization. Those recipients can then give their input, such as approving, rejecting, or asking for more information.
After a user has completed their step, the form entry can then be moved on to the next person in the workflow for their input. Who the form entry is sent to can be dependent on the outcome of the previous step.
As Gravity Flow has 40 different action steps plus many other features and a library of extensions, you can create a wide range of form-based workflows to match your requirements. If you have paper-based systems you’d like to take online or repetitive tasks you want to automate, Gravity Forms and Gravity Flow are the tools you need!

The Folder Extension is one of the one of the many extensions available for Gravity Flow. It lets you give others access to workflow form entries by organizing them into folders and then displaying those folders and their contents on the front end of your site. The extension documentation has more information on how it works.
