Gravity Flow – A Powerful Automation Tool for WordPress
Gravity Flow works with Gravity Forms to enable you to create custom automated workflows in WordPress. These workflows are built around the forms you create with Gravity Forms and can be triggered by form entry submissions.
The Gravity Flow workflows are ideal for streamlining your existing workflows or taking paper systems online. By using Gravity Flow’s 40 different types of action steps alongside its library of extensions, you should be able to create the right workflows for your organization’s needs.
Some of the ways you can use Gravity Forms to automate processes include…
- Setting up multiple email drip campaigns that run on different schedules.
- Automating an employee vacation request workflow with a requirement for HR approval.
- Automatically generating PDF documents from form entries, but only after certain actions in the workflow have been completed.
- Creating payment collection workflows using the payment processors supported by Gravity Flow, including Stripe and PayPal.
As one of Gravity Flow’s extensions, the Form Connector Extension lets you add steps to your workflows that interface with other forms on the same or different sites. This includes creating new form entries and updating and deleting existing entries based on various criteria.
