Gravity Flow Strip Extension Update Announcement Post

We’re pleased to announce the release of Gravity Flow Stripe Extension 2.0. This update contains enhancements and bug fixes…

  • Added uninstall message on Gravity Forms Uninstall Page to clarify what is removed when Stripe extension is uninstalled.
  • Added add-on icon.

Gravity Flow: A Powerful Automation Tool

If you’re not already using Gravity Flow, here’s a quick overview of what this Gravity Forms WordPress automation tool can do.

Gravity Flow is a powerful add-on for Gravity Forms. It lets you create automated workflows around your forms and their entries.

These workflows are triggered by form submissions. For example, depending on your workflow, a form entry could be automatically sent to a specific member of your team based on the contents of the form. That user can then take action, such as approving a vacation request or processing a job application. Once the user has completed their task, the form can then be routed to the next user or returned to the person who created the entry in the first place.

Notifications can be used throughout the workflows to ensure everyone involved knows when they need to take action. The progress of form entries through a workflow can be easily tracked, too, providing users with updates.

Gravity Forms, Gravity Flow, and WordPress have been used successfully together by many entities to replace email-based systems, improve efficiency, and save money. The Gravity Flow case studies document these implementations and others to give you inspiration for how you can build custom automated workflows for your projects with Gravity Flow.

Rocketgenius acquired Gravity Flow in 2022, and due to this, you can expect the same high level of support, security, and reliability of the product as you receive for Gravity Forms.

If you’d like to know more about how Gravity Flow can be used, these examples of workflows created with the add-on should get you up to speed:

Gravity Flow Stripe Extension

The Gravity Flow Stripe Extension lets workflows authorize payments during the initial form entry submission. The extension can then capture and cancel the payment at a later date. It can also create and cancel recurring subscriptions as well as process refunds.

One way to use the extension is to collect payment details via a form and authorize a payment during the form entry submission. Once the entry has moved through the workflow, the payment can be captured or canceled based on user actions.

The Gravity Flow Stripe Extension 2.0 is now available via auto-update and for download from the account page.

Note: The Gravity Flow Stripe Extension is available with the Gravity Flow Pro and Ultimate licenses and for purchase individually. For more information on the features and other add-ons available on these plans, check out the Gravity Flow pricing page.
