Gravity Forms 2.6.4

We are pleased to announce the release of Gravity Forms 2.6.4. This update sees a number of additions and enhancements, which include…

  • Updated the minimum WordPress version on the System Status page to 5.9.

Gravity Forms 2.6

Gravity Forms 2.6 sees a focus on an improved user experience within the form editor, streamlining the form creation process and helping you to build better forms faster. If you are yet to install Gravity Forms 2.6, here are some of the key features to look forward to…

  • An Inline Submit Button – With 2.6 you will find the form Submit button has been moved from Form Settings into the form editor, allowing you to easily inline your Submit button, as well as alter the settings, all without needing to leave the editor or use CSS Ready Classes.
  • A New Form Embed Process – Embedding a form in your website has never been easier with the Gravity Forms 2.6 new Embed Form flyout. From within the form editor, you will now be able to select where you would like a form to be displayed – this can include an existing page, post, or custom post type (with the use of filters).
  • An Improved Layout for Choices – With Gravity Forms 2.6 you will find a new and improved Choices flyout that is responsive to page width. This extra space allows for a much better user experience, enabling you to easily view and manage the Choices options within the form editor. The Choices flyout also sees support for Bulk Choices, as well as our most popular third-party add-ons.

Install 2.6 Today!

If you haven’t already, here’s how to install 2.6…

  • Update to 2.6 within WordPress Admin –  Head over to your plugins page, and click to Update to Gravity Forms 2.6.4.

It’s important to note that caching and script optimization plugins and services have been known to cause problems with the functionality of forms when Gravity Forms is updated to the latest version. To counter this issue, we recommend clearing/flushing the caches and the browser cache following all updates.

If you have any questions on the new 2.6 features, or how to update the plugin, contact our friendly and knowledgeable Support team – they love to help!
