Brand New Release-Gravity Forms 2.8.8

We’re pleased to announce the release of Gravity Forms version 2.8.8. This update contains numerous additions and fixes, including…

  • Added security enhancements.
  • Fixed a fatal error in WordPress 6.5 when using a 3rd-party add-on without a defined slug.

Gravity SMTP Has Launched!

Our stand-alone WordPress plugin, Gravity SMTP, has been released. This plugin makes it easy to use third-party services to send WordPress website emails with confidence.

Available to active Gravity Forms Elite License holders, with Gravity SMTP you can choose from a selection of trusted email service providers to send emails from your website, including emails generated by Gravity Forms, other plugins, such as WooCommerce, and WordPress admin notification emails.

Now, instead of relying on the often unreliable email functionality of WordPress, you can use a provider known for its high deliverability rates.

Thanks to the Gravity SMTP wizard, you can quickly set up integrations with the following email service providers:

  • Brevo
  • Mailgun
  • Postmark
  • SendGrid

If your preferred email provider isn’t on the list, you can also create a custom integration through the plugin’s settings pages.

As well as using your choice of provider to send WordPress emails, the plugin has other useful features, such as testing and logging, which you can read all about in our Ultimate Guide to Gravity SMTP.
