About the Help Scout Add-On
Help Scout is a popular all-in-one tool for managing customer communications. The shared inbox, help center, and live chat features of Help Scout are ideal for teams with customers and users to support.
Thanks to the Gravity Forms Help Scout Add-On, you can publish forms on your WordPress website that connect to Help Scout. Visitors can then use those forms to open support tickets. The form entries are sent to Help Scout for easy management by you and your team.
Help Scout Add-On Features
When using the Help Scout Add-On, you’ll be able to access the following functionality and more:
- Assign To Mailbox – Automatically assign a new ticket to a specific mailbox in Help Scout.
- Assign To User – Automatically assign a ticket to a specific user in Help Scout.
- Customize Ticket Content – Define and customize the content used to create each ticket using merge tags.
- Update Customer Information – Update customer information in the customer’s Help Scout profile when a form entry is submitted.
As the Help Scout Add-On can leverage the built-in Gravity Forms conditional logic functionality, you’ll be able to ensure Help Scout tickets are only created when the right conditions are met by a form entry.
