Help Scout Add-On Features

- Assign To Mailbox – On form submission, automatically assign the new ticket to a specific mailbox in Help Scout.
- Assign To User – Automatically assign a ticket to a specific user in Help Scout.
- Customize Ticket Content – Use form merge tags to define and customize the content used to create each ticket.
- Update Customer Information – Use form entry submission content to update the customer’s Help Scout profile.
You can also use the built-in conditional logic functionality of Gravity Forms with the add-on. This lets you control when Help Scout tickets are created based on whether the form entry content meets your predefined conditions.
