Protect Your Forms From Spam With reCAPTCHA v3
Using the Gravity Forms reCAPTCHA Add-On is an effective way to combat spam form entries on your WordPress website. As the add-on is included with all active Gravity Forms licenses, it’s a great option for many site owners.
Unlike some other spam-fighting solutions, Google reCAPTCHA v3 takes a more user-friendly approach to protecting online forms from spam.
To achieve this, Google reCAPTCHA v3 uses continuous machine learning to detect non-human users while letting human users submit form entries without interruption. Any non-human users that are detected are presented with a challenge that must be completed.
This approach should reduce the number of spam form entries you receive while inconveniencing your human visitors as little as possible.
reCAPTCHA tracks user actions on your site to identify possible spam or bot activity. Google analyzes this user behavior data, so we recommend you read up on exactly how reCAPTCHA works before enabling the add-on.
