By Gravity Forms Published June 28, 2024Gravity Forms is pleased to announce the release of version 3.0 of the Twilio Add-On. This release contains a couple of updates…

Send SMS Notifications After Form Submissions
Twilio is a communications service that lets you send SMS notification messages after form entry submissions.
Just as you can customize the form entry submission email notifications generated by Gravity Forms, you can also customize the SMS messages sent by Twilio. This includes their content and who they’re sent to.
So, if you’d like to send custom SMS notifications to site admin users, visitors, customers, and any other people who interact with your forms, Gravity Forms and the Twilio Add-On can make that happen.
Key Features of the Gravity Forms Twilio Add-On include…
- Notify Site Admins – Send admin users SMS form entry submission notifications.
- Notify Form Users – Notify form users via SMS that their entry has been successfully submitted.
- Send SMS Confirmations – Confirm purchases, bookings, and other engagements made through forms via SMS.
- Send Custom SMS – Create custom SMS message templates using merge tags to insert dynamic content.
- Conditional Logic – Use conditional logic to determine who gets sent an SMS based on form entry content.
- Send Links to Smartphone Users – Send app download links and other smartphone-focused content via SMS so users can easily access content on their devices.
