Brand New Release - Zapier Add-On 4.3

Gravity Forms is pleased to announce the release of an update to our Zapier Add-On. Version 4.3 contains a couple of fixes, including…

  • Added support for async (background) feed processing to improve form submission performance.
  • Fixed an issue which causes entries from translated sites to fail.

Unlock Gravity Forms Integration Options

With the Zapier Add-On for Gravity Forms, you can send form entries to a growing list of third-party apps and services.

You can also create form entries on your site triggered by actions taken on a range of other platforms.

Once you’ve installed the add-on, you can start creating automated workflows around your forms. With over 6,000+ apps supported, you shouldn’t have any trouble when it comes to sending data and automating tasks between the platforms you use.

As part of this, you can send leads collected via your forms to the many supported CRMs or email marketing services.

Alternatively, you can use your forms to add data to your project management software, with tasks created and updated based on the information submitted via your forms. Sending form submission data for analysis in services like Google Sheets is another way to use Zapier with Gravity Forms.

You can also use the Zapier Transfer feature to send data in bulk. If you have lots of existing form entries in your WordPress dashboard, you can use this Zapier feature to send them to another platform in either a single- or multi-step Zap.

Use Gravity Forms as a Zapier Trigger and an Action

You can use form entry submissions as a Zapier Trigger or an Action, depending on how you configure your forms and integrations.

  • Zapier Action – Implement a Zapier Action to ‘Create an Entry,’ allowing a Zap to create a Gravity Forms entry.
  • Zapier Trigger – Create a Zapier Trigger to ‘Submit a Form,’ allowing a Zap to trigger a Gravity Forms submission.

Being able to use Zapier Triggers and Actions with your forms gives you the ability to create deep integrations with other applications.

To find out about getting started with Zapier, check out the Gravity Forms Documentation.

Note: The Zapier Add-On is available with the Gravity Forms Pro and Elite licenses. For more information on the features and other add-ons available on these plans, check out the Pro and Elite license pages.
