Brand New Release: Zapier Add-On 4.4
We’re pleased to announce the release of an update to the Gravity Forms Zapier Add-On. Version 4.4 adds support for Gravity Forms 2.9.4…
- AF: Updated process_feed() return value for compatibility with Gravity Forms 2.9.4, so the framework can save the feed status to the entry meta.
Expand Your Gravity Forms Integration Possibilities
The Gravity Forms Zapier Add-On makes connecting your forms with an ever-growing list of third-party apps and services easy. Not only can you send form submissions to external platforms, but you can also generate new form entries on your site based on actions performed elsewhere.
Thanks to compatibility with over 7,000 apps, transferring data and streamlining tasks across your favorite tools has never been easier. With the integration configured, you can automatically route collected leads to many CRMs or email marketing platforms. Alternatively, your forms can feed data into project management tools, allowing for task creation and updates based on submitted information. Need to analyze form entries? Easily send data to Google Sheets or other analytics services.
Additionally, the Zapier Transfer feature allows you to move data in bulk. If you have a large number of existing form entries in WordPress, this feature lets you migrate them to another platform through single- or multi-step Zaps.
Let Gravity Forms Act as Both a Zapier Trigger and an Action
When integrating Gravity Forms with Zapier via the add-on, you can set form entry submissions to function as either a Trigger or an Action, depending on your needs:
- Zapier Action – Set up a Zapier Action to “Create an Entry,” enabling a Zap to generate a new Gravity Forms submission.
- Zapier Trigger – Configure a Zapier Trigger to “Submit a Form,” allowing a Zap to initiate a Gravity Forms entry.
By leveraging both Zapier Triggers and Actions, you can build powerful, seamless connections between your forms and other applications.
Check out the Gravity Forms Zapier Documentation for more information on getting started.
Note: The Zapier Add-On is available with the Gravity Forms Pro and Elite licenses. For more information on the features and other add-ons available on these plans, check out the Pro and Elite license pages.
