Gravity Forms v1.9 Beta 2 Released

What’s New in Gravity Forms v1.9 Beta 2
- Added the gform_submission_values_pre_save filter to allow submitted values to be modified before saving.
- Added support for filtering entries using the contains operator for the name, address, single line and paragraph fields. Applies to the entry list, export entries and results pages.
- Added the save and continue merge tags to the merge tags UI on the notification and confirmation edit pages.
- Added ‘gform_disable_address_map_link‘ filter allowing address field map link to be removed.
- Updated logging statements around notifications.
- Updated some access levels for methods in GFAddOn, GFFeedAddOn and GF_Field from protected to public to facilitate customization.
- Updated German translation file.
- Updated ‘gform_date_min_year‘ and ‘gform_date_max_year‘ filters to include $form and $field parameters.
- Fixed an issue with save and continue notifications where inactive notifications we being sent.
- Fixed an issue with the radio field where the default value for the ‘other’ was not displaying.
- Fixed notices produced by the address and name fields for forms with legacy field settings.
- Fixed an issue with the number field with calculation enabled where the gfield_calculation class was not applied to the field.
- Fixed an issue with the upgrade of legacy notifications where the from and from name would be ignored.
- Fixed JavaScript errors in the form editor for some language versions.
- Fixed an issue with the input placeholders setting in the form editor where apostrophes were not supported.
- Fixed an issue with the field filters on the entry list, export entries and results pages where product fields couldn’t be filtered.
- Fixed an issue in the form editor where incorrect values were sent to the gform_is_conditional_logic_field JavaScript filter.
Add-On Framework Updates in Gravity Forms v1.9 Beta 2
- Updated get_setting function to handle when the part is a zero.
You can update to the latest version of the Gravity Forms v1.9 Beta using Automatic Update IF you are already running a v1.9 Beta release. Just visit the Updates page under the Forms navigation in your WordPress Dashboard. Update deployment is staged so if you do not see the update available, try again in a few hours.
If you have not yet installed the Gravity Forms v1.9 Beta you can download the latest beta release from the Downloads page.
Please Note: Automatic Update will only work if you have correctly entered your License Key in the Settings page of Gravity Forms in your WordPress Dashboard.
