HelpScout Add-On 1.6 Update

- Compability with Help Scout’s Mailbox API 2.0.
- Addded various functionality enhancements
With the update to API 2.0, the upgraded Mailbox API 2.0 will use OAuth2 which provides a smoother, more secure experience for both developers and users of third party integrations. Legacy Mailbox API 1.0 will be retired on June 6th, 2019. If you’ve built an integration using legacy Mailbox API 1.0, now’s the time to start updating your apps so you don’t experience any interruptions when this version is turned off on June 6th, 2019. Additional updates include Strict meaning of the HTTP verbs (POST and PUT will always overwrite whole resource (entity) in 2.0), being able to read and update some sub-resources directly, increase rate limits from 400 requests per minute, up from 200 requests in the legacy API and many other things. - Added “gform_helpscout_conversation” filter to allow modifying the conversation before it is created in Help Scout.
- Added support for updating first name and last name and adding new phone numbers when user with matching email is found in Help Scout.
- Updated to use Help Scout’s Mailbox API 2.0.
- Fixed issue where authenticating with Help Scout via Gravity API was not working.
- Fixed the conversation status changing from closed to active when adding a note.
