Brand New Release

Zapier Add-On v4.0 has just been released and we know you’re going to love it! A major release, with v4.0 you’ll find new functionality and ways of working.

Updates include:

  • Added support for the Gravity Forms Integration App on Zapier v2.0.
  • Updated the feed settings to restrict editing of feeds created in the Zapier v2.0 integration to Admin Labels and Conditional Logic.
  • Updated the add-on to use the Gravity Forms Add-On Framework.

Get Started with Zapier Add-On v4.0

Gravity Forms does a fantastic job of integrating with major third-party services through our wide assortment of official add-ons. However, from day one we realized that although we would love to build an integration for every service out there, it simply isn’t possible. Instead, we created a Zapier Add-on!

With the Gravity Forms Zapier Add-On you can connect your forms with over 2,000 applications and services, giving you extensive options when it comes to managing your forms and form entries.

So, whether you want to manage your leads in a CRM or email marketing service, create and assign new tasks in a project management platform after receiving a form submission, or easily analyze your form data in a third-party tool like Google Sheets, there are endless possibilities when it comes to Zapier.

So what’s new with v4.0?

The Zapier Add-On v4.0 has been updated to use the Gravity Forms REST API to provide new functionality for Zapier users. This includes…

  • Gravity Forms as a Zapier Action – With the Zapier Add-On you can now use Gravity Forms as both a Zapier Trigger and a Zapier Action. This means you can implement a Zapier Action to ‘Create an Entry’, allowing a Zap to create a Gravity Forms entry, as well as ‘Submit a Form’, allowing a Zap to trigger a Gravity Forms submission. This extra functionality enables much deeper integration with other applications and a far greater automation of processes.
  • Zapier Dashboard – The other key change with v4.0 is a new streamlined Zap set up process, which now takes place solely within your Zapier dashboard. This eliminates the previous set up method, which involved having to manually create a feed in your WordPress dashboard, and helps our Zapier users get Zaps set up quickly and easily.

Note: The Zapier Add-On is available with both the Gravity Forms Pro and Elite licenses. For more information on the features and other add-ons available on these plans, check out our Pro and Elite license pages.
