Simple Appointment Booking

 One of the amazing things about Gravity Forms is how much it gives you out of the box. Add a Product field and set up your payment add-on of choice, and boom! You’re collecting a payment for a product or service just like that.

Appointments have a few additional requirements though. You need to make sure the same time slot can’t be selected multiple times for the same day and that the user can only select a future date. Gravity Perks has two perks that can help.

• Limit Choices limits how many times each appointment time can be selected per date.
• Limit Dates ensures only future dates and working days are selectable.

Team Registrations

Your client needs a way for their little league’s coaches to register their team and players on the league website. Currently, coaches have to fill out the team form and then go back and complete a separate form for each player. You’re left trying to figure out a reliable way to link the players to the correct team.

Skip all that drudgery with Nested Forms. Nest your Players form into the Team form so the coaches can create the team and register their players in a single submission! Combine this with Gravity Forms’ User Registration Add-On and automatically register each player as a user on the league website so they can access the Players portal your client forgot to mention until the day before launch. 😆

Order Tracking

Shipping physical products? Letting the user check on the status of their order is a great way to reduce requests to your customer support team asking for a status update.

With Unique ID, you can easily generate a fully customizable, safe, and un-guessable reference number for customer orders. Combine with a shipping zip code and billing last name to make order lookups easy and secure.

Populate Anything provides the magic sauce to actually look up the order based on the provided reference number and order details. Once it has the order, you choose which information you want to display (like the shipping status).
